Will this help if I already have foot pain? +

A: It depends on the cause of your pain. This course can help you understand your feet better and build strength and mobility to support recovery. However, if you’re currently dealing with significant or sharp pain, it’s best to get clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning.

The Story Behind Back to Barefoot 

Back to Barefoot was born from a passion to help others, a desire to raise awareness, and the goal of creating an approachable tool to spark real understanding. It’s here to show why our feet matter, provide answers and relief, and help people move and live well.

I created this course because I want people to know they can help themselves — that they don’t have to live in pain. I want to give you the tools and knowledge to understand your body, question what you’ve been told, and discover the “why” behind barefoot living. Most importantly, I want you to feel good in your own body.

I’ve seen the relief on people’s faces when they finally “settle” into their feet, when pain eases, when movement feels effortless, and when the connections click. It’s powerful to watch someone experience that freedom — and I want that for you too.
