You might not think about your feet much… until they hurt.

But even without pain, your feet play a major role in how the rest of your body functions—from balance and posture to knee, hip, and spine health. They’re your foundation, and when that foundation isn’t working well, it can throw off the entire system.

Years of narrow shoes, stiff soles, and built-in “support” have done your feet no favors. These features take over the work your feet were designed to do, leaving them passive and weak instead of strong, mobile, and adaptive.
